Policies
To provide the best possible experience for everyone, we kindly request our clients to keep in mind that we do require $100 deposits for each appointment and a minimum of a 72-hour notice before your scheduled appointment for all cancellations.
Permanent Makeup Policies
(Nanoblading/Microblading/Eyeliner/Full Lips)
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT
A $100 deposit is required to book and hold your appointment. The remainder is due during your scheduled appointment. The deposit is non-refundable if you are a no-show or late to your appointment, we have the right to keep the deposit for the time we have reserved for you. We will also individually contact you to reschedule your appointment if necessary. We hope you understand. Everyone's time is valuable.
NOTE: If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least a 72 hour notice, the deposit you paid will be 100% refundable!
All remaining payments are due the day of the procedure. We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, checks, and Venmo. We do not offer payment plans.
LATE POLICY
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff's personal schedules we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. We will do our best to accommodate your service, however, due to time constraints and our obligation to other clients, it may be necessary to reduce the service. If the service must be reduced, you may be charged for the original service booked. If your appointment is canceled due to your late arrival for your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.
NO SHOW
We value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 72 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• No-Show Definition: A no-show is when a client misses a scheduled appointment without notifying us.
• In the case of No-Shows: Future appointments may require a non-refundable prepayment or may be declined based on availability.
• Late Cancellations (less than 72 hours): May be treated as a no-show and subject to the same policy.
ILLNESS
If you are not feeling well, you will be required to reschedule your appointment. If you exhibit any symptoms of illness including but not limited to, nasal discharge and/or congestion, sore throat, fever, cough, difficulty breathing, body aches, chills, weakness, vomiting, diarrhea, your appointment will need to be rescheduled until a time when you are no longer exhibiting these symptoms for a minimum of 7 days. All rescheduling actions and fees will apply per policies stated above.
CLIENT / MEDICAL PROFILE
You must provide any and all diagnosed medical conditions, medications that you are taking (including topical, oral, and/ or injectables), any history of allergic reactions, and previous Microblading and/or eyebrow tattooing in your client profile. Be sure to include any over-the-counter medications, herbal supplements, or vitamins in the profile as well. If your scheduled procedure is negatively impacted by your failure to provide accurate medical information, your artist may indicate that your appointment needs to be rescheduled or canceled. Your deposit will not be refunded and will also be charged 50% of your total appointment cost for that day. An additional deposit will be necessary to re-book your appointment.
PRICING
We are subject to change pricing at any given time. Any client who booked in advance before a rate change, will not be affected by the updated pricing.
CANCELLATIONS
Appointments are specially reserved for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully request at least a 72-hour notice for cancellations and appointment changes. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
In the event that you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or you cancel on the same day as the appointment, any future appointments will require a 50% payment upfront. In case of a second no-show or same day as appointment cancellation again, the 50% payment will not be refunded and will be forfeit.
CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are 30 minutes. You will meet with Jin and she will answer all your questions about nanoblading/microblading techniques and personalization as well as address any concerns you have about the procedure. This appointment does not include eyebrow shaping or design.
GUEST POLICY
Only the artist and the client receiving the procedure that day are allowed in the treatment room. We kindly request that you do not bring children or pets that would require your care and attention.
PREVIOUSLY TATTOOED EYEBROWS
If you come to your appointment with previously tattooed eyebrows without informing us prior to your appointment and receiving Jin’s approval, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeit. Not all clients with previously tattooed eyebrows are good candidates for nanoblading/microblading procedures, special consultation is necessary prior to approval of services.
